Yes, our stores are open as usual. It is currently not possible to reach the stores by phone, but you are most welcome to visit us!

If you have placed an order on one of our homepages, we will make sure to keep you continuously informed via email regarding the status of your order.
You are very welcome to one of our stores if you want to return products that you have ordered online. You only need the product in its original packing/box and your web receipt. The staff in the store will help you further with the return process. If you are unable to visit a store, you are welcome to contact our customer service via one of the email addresses above and they will help you in the best way possible.
